Science and Nature Grant, 2025

Thanks to a generous donation, La Société Guernesiaise, able to continue with the annual grant scheme.

The grant is a single payment of £2,000 and is intended to support;

  1. a student who is studying or researching a subject related to biodiversity and conservation of the natural environment, or;
  2. a citizen scientist. Citizen scientists typically are not professional scientists. Instead they are people who collaborate with professional scientists in ways that advance scientific research on topics they care about. For example, County Recorders can be professional scientists or citizen scientists.
