Our annual Nature Guernsey Family Day will take place this year in July on Sunday 26th July Pleinmont Headland.
Whether your family is interested in flowers, birds, moths, bugs or bats, loves our environment and enjoys craft activities, this is the place to be. 🌍🌼💚🌸🐞🦇🌿🐦🦋
Nature Guernsey events are free and open to all. Donations are always welcome.

8:30am – 9:00am – Moth Trap Emptying
9:00am – 10:00am – Guided Bird Walk
10:00am – 11:00am – Children’s Bug Hunt
Weather dependent and to be confirmed nearer to the time – 11:00am – 11:45am – Guided Botany Walk
Ongoing activities throughout the morning: – Bird Ringing Demonstrations, – Moths on display, – Dolphin Watch & Surveying, – Bat Board Display – learn about our local species, – Zoology Hedgehog Tunnel demonstration
Children’s Activities: – Native seed planting – Leaf/Nature texture rubbing – Create a nature collage – Colouring

NATURE GUERNSEY, part of La Société, was set up in 2018 to organise events aimed at families.
As well as engaging existing members, Nature Guernsey aims to introduce the organisation to non-members who may not be aware of the environmental work of La Société or the benefits of joining.
